My daughter was removed from Job Corps for a positive marijuana urine test. We had a negative blood test done by her MD. We sent an appeal but are unsure of her options if she cannot get back into Job Corps. She was told she could return after 12 months but heard that appealing might prevent her from returning at all. I have 100% of the stocks of a C corporation in Texas. Am I required by law to file a certificate of amendment to convert to a Closed Corporation? Can I be the Director, Shareholder, and Officer at the same time? Are shareholders and board meetings minutes required, and is a shareholders agreement necessary even if there's only one shareholder?

I got a citation for drug possession (a very small amount) in San Francisco and have an initial court hearing tomorrow. I know San Francisco has a less strict drug policy and I was wondering what I should expect to happen tomorrow. Would I possibly be taken to jail tomorrow? If I have to pay a fine, is it due tomorrow or do I have some time to pay it?

I have a motorcycle registered and titled in Arizona since 2009, but the VIN numbers on the bike and title don't match and don't exist in any databases. The police are impounding the bike as stolen, even though I have had it titled and registered since 2009. How do I fix this and get the title straightened out?

I just received my second traffic ticket in the last 12 months, a violation of traffic controls IA 20 for running a red light, and I have a previous speeding violation from November 2016. I need to know if it's feasible to have someone represent me to appeal this ticket, as my job requires me to drive an average of 400-500 miles a week and I don't want to lose my license.

I was involved in an accident at Quick Quack that was not my fault. The truck in front of me had a rope attached to the back that got caught in the brushes, causing my car to bump the back of the truck and resulting in damage to my car. Quick Quack initially said they would pay for the damages, but now they are not giving me many options. I want to go to the shop of my choice or have them cash me out so my dad can fix my car, but they are only offering to send me to their preferred shop for a very low estimate. What are my options here? Can I take them to small claims court?
