My company, Torch Apparel, has bicycle helmets stored in the Shipwire Fulfillment Center in Bloomington, CA. They are refusing us access to pick up our products after we notified them we no longer wish to continue their services and disconnected any new orders. How should I proceed to get a court order to ask the Sheriff to accompany us to pick up our products, especially since no back fees are owed and they are just being difficult?

We rent a townhouse in PA, where there is an implied Warranty of Habitability. We have a bees nest in the wall, and the landlord has not adequately addressed the issue despite our verbal and written requests. I'm allergic to bees, and there's a high chance my infant will be as well. Can we require the landlord to remove the bees within 30 days or do it ourselves and deduct the cost from the rent? Are they liable for my time off work and medical expenses if I have further incidents requiring hospital visits?
