My employer recently told me that I need to start reporting to a corporate office 60 miles away (one way) and that I can no longer work from home. I complied and have been commuting for 6 months, but my counterpart, who has the same job in Connecticut, was not forced to do the same and still works from his house. Just recently, my employer added GPS tracking to my phone, which is a new policy, and I found I am the only one being tracked. Do I have grounds to quit and collect unemployment compensation?
