My ex-boyfriend is refusing to move out of my condo, which I am the sole owner. He has been living there for the past 6 months and we broke up a couple of weeks ago. He is refusing to leave until the end of the month and has made concerning comments about suicide. I want to know what legal rights I have to get him to leave, and if I can evict him before the end of the month.

We are in a cash crisis and need to let go of three employees. What is the best way to dismiss them: RIF (reduction in force), at-will, or with a settlement?

I have been served with a possession modification by my ex-wife, asking the court to grant only supervised visitation and to forbid my wife (their stepmother) from ever being present. I need to file an answer by Friday to avoid a default judgment. What form do I need to file as the answer, and how detailed do I need to be?

Living in a moderate income (MID) apartment for 2 years, meeting all requirements except being a town employee, and having been approved for 2 years, can the town force me out of my apartment due to deed restrictions prioritizing town employees, and am I being discriminated against because of where I work? Additionally, if I worked in town, I would not have to go through the lottery process, but if it goes to tier 2, I am already occupying the apartment and meet the requirements. Why should I have to reapply when I am already here?

I used to have more than $250,000 in a bank, which qualified me for 'Private Client Services' and special checks. Now, with less than $250,000 in the bank, I printed 'Private Client' checks from Vistaprint instead of using the regular checks the bank sent. Is there anything wrong with using these Vistaprint checks?
