My ex has not paid child support since 2011, claiming his income is in an S corp. He dares me to take him to court, saying I will not get anything out of him by having all income in his S corp. He is a writer who gets paid for his screenplay writing and uses an accountant to file S corp tax & personal tax. Do I have a chance to win a court judgment for child support if I file the suit in California?
