My ex-wife is taking me to small claims court in Michigan for a 9-year-old medical bill that was part of a divorce settlement. I have not received any bill or been notified of any collection by the provider. I have been a resident of New Mexico since 2001. Can I file a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction? If so, how do I do that?

In Ohio, the communicable diseases listed by the Ohio Department of Health do not include Hepatitis C. If I have chronic Hepatitis C and am applying for a nursing position at a hospital, do I need to disclose this to my potential employer, or can I have my doctor provide a note stating I am free from all communicable diseases as listed by the ODH for hospitals?
