I fell and broke my leg at my apartment complex where there is only a handrail on one side of an open staircase. Now, they are trying to evict me for late fees of $83. My rent is paid, but I had to make it in two payments. I receive threatening letters on my door every day. I have registered my home office phone number, but the apartment managers refuse to give the numbers. Is there something I can do?

I have been visited by two police officers concerning a complaint made by my neighbors about harassment due to the slamming of a wheelie bin lid. I was asked to move the bin but refused as others, including my neighbors, place their bins near a communal wall. I was warned that if the police return, they will arrest my husband and me for questioning. There has been an ongoing noise dispute with my neighbors.
