I have been violated by the system on both state and federal levels for over 10 years. I've tried to get my case heard, but no lawyer will take it because they are afraid the FBI is involved. Some of the issues have reached the statute of limitations, but not all. I want to know how I can get my case heard and if I can sue the state or county for the mistreatment I've experienced, including medical malpractice and unconstitutional treatment by the police. Additionally, I want to know the statute of limitations for suing mental hospitals and mental health clinics, and if there is a way to file a motion to toll the statute of limitations due to being in jail when the police tried to poison me.

I feel like I am being violated and followed daily by unknown individuals. My neighbor has suggested I sell my house and leave, and Irby Home Buyers have been calling me to ask to sell. I don't bother anyone and stay to myself. I would like to know who these people are and why they are targeting me.
