My girlfriend lost her job due to Hurricane Florence in Wilmington, NC, and her auto loan company, Alliance, has denied her request for further payment deferrals. They are threatening to repossess her car. Is there anything we can do to have them defer payments longer, especially given that NC is still in a state of emergency and many people have lost their jobs due to the hurricane?

I think I might have an error 2020 quarter with bats. There seems to be double die on some letters of 'National' and 'Park', 'R' and 'M', the year 2020, and some other letters. Most importantly, the letter initials 'GW' seem to be blended in the medal and you can’t even see the initials. The baby bat seems to have an extra piece of metal near the left ear. What is the value of this quarter and if you see any errors, thank you.
