My husband and I own a business that has grown significantly, but he has been controlling and abusive. He sent an email to our sales force criticizing my work and later sent a letter to our company and customers stating that I had resigned, which I didn't. He also used my personal accounts for business purposes without my consent, locked me out of the business, and showed an employee pictures of my self-harm attempt without seeking medical help for me. Is this fraud, and what legal actions can I take?

My S-Corp is being sued for product liability. It was closed 2 and a half years ago and has no assets, money, or bank accounts. Should I defend the civil suit even though I really have nothing to defend?

I filed a small claims case and believe the judgment was wrong. The judge did not listen to my problem and I feel my character was judged rather than the issue at hand. Can I refile for the same claims and request another judge?

Hello, I have a concern about a pharmacist I met a couple of months ago. I decided not to move forward with her, and she got mad. Today, she sent me a text about my medical condition and the medications I was taking, which I never told her about. Isn't this illegal?
