My husband worked for Bagwell Landscaping for over a year without being paid. He was promised back wages, but only received a fraction of what was owed. The owner lied to Job Service and child support, and now the business is closing. We need a lawyer to sue for back wages, lawyer fees, and court costs, but we can't afford a retainer. Do we have a case, and how do we find a pro bono lawyer or one who will take the case without upfront fees?

I purchased a 2008 Cadillac from Taj Motor Mall on October 25, 2018. The car has been in the shop several times within 30 days of purchase due to issues like the ignition switch not turning off and the check engine light coming on. The dealership has not fulfilled their promise to fix some body work and is not addressing the check engine light issue, which prevents me from getting the car inspected. I am paying over $12,000 for this vehicle and am not getting a fair deal. What type of attorney should I talk to, and what steps should I take to rectify this situation?
