Should I subpoena police records about my neighbors who constantly reported me for parking violations and other issues, even though they did not report other neighbors who also violated the same rules? I have video evidence showing these neighbors violating the rules themselves, and I want to use this evidence to show that they are targeting me specifically. Additionally, I want to know if I can obtain these records without the defendants' attorney's objection and how to handle any redactions of the callers' names.

We have lots of people calling my wife’s phone asking if it is Circle K store. It is definitely Not. We have contacted Circle K several times but they don't seem to be doing anything about it. Several calls a day and also nights. What is the best route to get their attention? Can I approach a small claims court or anything like that which I can do it on my own without really hiring an attorney for harassment?

Is it illegal for my neighbor to take pictures of my backyard by extending a camera over his fence to report my ducks to the HOA, given that the ducks are registered as emotional support animals? Additionally, if an HOA prohibits ducks but they are ESA's, can I still have them? Finally, if there is a servitude between our properties, would my neighbor be trespassing if he went on it?
