My mobile home, which is less than a year old, has continuous major issues such as water pouring through windows (fixed 3 times), floor joists causing a hump in the floor, doors not leveled, a hallway wall bowing, an HVAC duct under a roof joist, and laminate floors peeling up. I am in Georgia and have contacted Wayne Frier homes, but the issues persist. What legal actions can I take?

I have a Car Shield contract and they are not paying my bill. I had a problem with my truck using too much gas, and after fixing it, the issue recurred. I took it to the dealer, who diagnosed the problem and contacted Car Shield, who initially agreed to cover it but later denied the claim, stating I did not have my waiting time in. I have tried contacting Car Shield multiple times and have provided the necessary documents, but they keep saying they didn't receive them. What should I do now?

If someone else was driving my car and ran from the police, what should I do to avoid my car getting pulled over because of someone else's actions?

I’m having issues with my landlord in Brooklyn. When I moved in, I was told I had a private entrance, but now the landlord allows someone to park there. Additionally, the landlord is refusing to fix major issues in the house, such as a peeling sink that cut my feet, a clogged drain, and water coming inside during rain. The landlord is also being rude and threatening to evict me. What steps can I take to address these issues and protect myself from potential eviction?
