My primary doctor, Malcolm Foster of Port Richey, Florida, suggested therapeutic sex in his office in 2007 to aid my healing from a negligent hysterectomy. He has been manipulating and threatening me since I filed a medical complaint against him with the DOH. He forced me to rescind the complaint or face irreversible consequences, and he has already carried out some of these threats. I suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder due to childhood incest and Dr. Foster's actions have worsened my condition. I am frightened and need help to get him out of my life.

I have worked with my school district for fifteen years and was told I would be moved to another school due to stress and unmet deadlines, despite no prior knowledge or written warnings. I am the office manager at my current school and have been for ten years. The new administrator has been giving me trouble since her arrival and offered to move me to a less stressful area, which I declined. Since then, it has been one issue after another. I am not under a contract like the teachers, although I am a long-time employee with the district. The administrator has only been at my campus for one year and spends her time working against me rather than with me. What state are you in? What is your question?

My sixteen-year-old daughter has moved her clothes and possessions into the home of her 20-year-old boyfriend. She refuses to cooperate with my insistence that she stop living with him. No criminal activity is going on that can be proved, and she is over the legal age of consent. Are there legal ways to stop this situation?

I was deemed unable to work due to clinical depression in 2001 and was ordered to pay child support in 2002. After a lengthy process, a judge ruled in my favor for social security disability (SSD), reducing my child support payment from $260.00 to $60.00. However, the child support enforcement agency is still demanding $260.00, despite the court order. What should I do?
