My sister received a 1-hour notice to get rid of her emotional support animal (ESA) dog in a HUD-approved apartment in Nevada. The notice cited barking as the issue and threatened eviction if the dog was not removed within an hour. No previous warnings were given, and she was not offered any options to rectify the situation. I am a member of a family farm LLC in Adams County, Washington, and I am no longer getting along with the rest of the family. They want to buy me out, but I do not wish to sell as I believe the farm would be sold, contrary to my grandmother's wishes. What can I do to prevent the sale of my interest in the LLC, and can they vote or force the sale of my interest?

Can the second lienholder, a finance company, repossess the car even though the first lienholder, an auto finance company, does not desire to repossess the car, as I am barely keeping my head above water with them? I am not paying the finance company with the second lien, and I am located in Florida.

My mother has been dead for 5 years (2014). I lived with her as a caretaker for 4 years and my personal property was on her land and house during that time and remains there today. One sister has made a motion to sell the land and personal property. Will my personal property be considered hers since I lived with her at the time and continue to live there?
