My son got into a rollover accident on May 26th on US 93. The vehicle was towed to the Highway Patrol Base Yard in Kingman, AZ, and I was denied access to remove anything from the vehicle during the investigation. On July 24, 2013, I received an 'Abandoned Vehicle Notification' from AZDOT-MVD, stating the vehicle was found abandoned on July 5, 2013, at the accident site and was towed to a junkyard. I was stuck with a $500 towing bill and still owe on the vehicle. Why didn't the Highway Patrol notify me to remove the vehicle from their yard, and can I seek compensation for the towing bill?

My company wants me to move to Youngstown for a CEO position paying $350k. Would the courts allow me to bring my son if I take this position?
