A person recorded my conversation with him and let everyone hear it. Is that illegal, and how do I take action?

I received a letter from Federated Capital Corporation threatening a lawsuit over an Advanta credit card debt I defaulted on in October 2006. I am in South Carolina, where the statute of limitations for debt is 3 years. I have had no contact with Advanta or debt collectors since mid-2007. Can they still sue me, and when does the statute of limitations begin?

I opened a joint account with my 11-year-old daughter and transferred $20,000 into it. My wife, who was not on the account, forged my name to pay her bills without my consent. I filed a police report but received no help. I have proof of her actions and her felony conviction for embezzlement. I am in the process of divorcing her. What should I do to address this situation?

Can I file a complaint with the Bar association in Denver if a Lawyer is contacting my CEO of my Franchise accusing me of harassment of his client without any proof? The attorney admitted there is no proof. I was surprised because I did not know Attorneys can accuse of actions without any proof. I have been with this franchise for over 10 years and had nothing like this happen to me before. The attorneys client is a former franchise owner who was terminated from our franchise.
