My son was suspended from Tampa University for drugs because his friend had his bag containing 55 grams of marijuana. My son was not present during his friend's arrest. Thinking about purchasing two lots to build mobile homes to rent individually to my brother-in-law and sister. The source of funding would be from a self-managed IRA (via third party administrator). Is this allowed given that the tenants are relatives? What are typical charges incurred by the owner? HOA, Property Taxes, and Insurance? Assuming each unit will cost $120,000 (all cash purchase) for land and manufactured home, what price range would the landlord/owner insurance premium be?

I went to a rehab facility in West Palm Beach, FL, for alcohol treatment and paid $12,000 cash. I signed a payment agreement, but my husband, who was the signer of the $12,000 cashier's check, did not. Upon arrival, they took my belongings and removed the cashier's check without my presence or permission. They never conducted an inventory with me. When my belongings were returned, the check was missing, and an empty bank envelope with $60 was found. I left the facility after 3.5 days due to lack of assistance. My landlord is having us sign an addendum for a new parking policy that limits us to one parking space for our one-bedroom apartment, despite having two vehicles.
