My trial was in February and was adjudicated. I assume the clock starts running on everything from then, except for objecting to or appealing something specific that just happened. For example, I can't appeal the February judgment, but I can object to the denial of my recent motion. Is that correct? Additionally, I am considering several options: 1) Motion to reconsider and re-open my appeal, 2) Motion for extension of the final disposition, 3) Object to his ruling, 4) Let it proceed and go to the Superior Court after to start a case so I can motion for them to get my file. Which of these options should I pursue?
