I am a judgment debtor in a bad debt case from 2006. The plaintiff has renewed the judgment and levied my bank account multiple times. I have offered to settle the debt but the plaintiff refuses. The original debt was $6500, now it's $26000. What are my options to resolve this issue fairly?
