Will this help him or hinder him as we have been separated for six years and he is suddenly trying to get involved?

I have a tenant renting a room in my house in Oakland, CA. His dog bit another tenant's dog and has been peeing all over the house. I gave him notice to terminate his lease due to the dog biting another dog and gave him until the end of the month to move out. Am I legally in the right, and does he have to move, or should I be worried about a housing lawsuit or legal action from him?

A summary judgment was ruled against me with prejudice. Is there case law arguing against it being with prejudice, and if a case is dismissed against one defendant, can a new case be opened against a new defendant who was not named in the first case but is the owner of the property through several LLCs?
