My young adult daughter has taken savings bonds from home without permission and has not paid back the increased insurance costs due to her at-fault car accident. I have spoken to her about these issues, but she gets upset and refuses to discuss them. What legal options do I have in North Carolina regarding these financial disputes?

I ordered a product from Nguyen van m nam on February 5, 2020, and have not received my product nor any response from email or other communications. I have a receipt number and invoice ID for a shower head from China. I heard that air lines were not delivering from China due to an outbreak. What should I do to get my money back?

While at work in a Brooklyn, New York nursing home, someone took a photo of me without my consent and sent it to my director. I demanded to know the person's name to pursue the incident, but they refused to give it to me. I learned that this is not an isolated incident, though it is the first time it happened to me. Do I have a right to that person's name and can I file a case against her and the establishment?

I was sued for credit card debt in a County Court at Law in Texas. I filed an Answer on time on 2/10/20. A new Order was issued on 2/11/20 related to my Pro Se Appearance in the pending action. There was a Returned Mail on 2/21/20, likely due to my physical address not accepting US Mail. I sent a stamped copy of my Answer to the Plaintiff's attorney via registered mail, but did not receive a proof of signature. I failed to properly provide my mailing address and phone number to the clerk. What format should I use to update the court on my change of mailing address and phone number, and how much time do I have to respond to the Order issued after I submitted my Answer?
