While at work in a Brooklyn, New York nursing home, someone took a photo of me without my consent and sent it to my director. I demanded to know the person's name to pursue the incident, but they refused to give it to me. I learned that this is not an isolated incident, though it is the first time it happened to me. Do I have a right to that person's name and can I file a case against her and the establishment?
