On 8-10-2021, I contracted with Premier Patio Covers to install a pergola over my patio. I paid 50% of the cost ($1,050.50) upfront, but the company did not complete the work and has not responded to my calls. I filed a claim with the Registrar of Contractors, who informed me on 4-4-2022 that the company's license has been revoked for violating ARS 32-1154 (A) (1). I have not received my deposit back. What legal actions can I take to recover my money?

I have a 2018 Polaris RZR Turbo S that is only in my name. My ex-boyfriend has not financed it in his name as agreed, and his inconsistent payments are affecting my ability to purchase a home.
