Section 1 of the Indian Removal Act of 1830 states that the President may divide land west of the Mississippi River into parcels for the reception of Native American tribes who choose to exchange their current lands. I saw a psychotherapist for ten years due to an abusive and traumatic childhood. After terminating therapy, I discovered she published a 'fictional' novel containing scenarios from my personal history. While she didn't use my name, I'm disturbed that she used my trauma for her own gain. Do I have any private legal recourse or any recourse at all?
