If the defendant changes attorneys, does that change her answers?

As a wedding videographer in Hawaii with two registered names, HI FOCUSED Cinematography and Hi Light Films, I've been in business for 9 years. Another company, Hi Level Media, has started offering wedding video services. Could I have a case for asking them to change their name without the 'HI' part, considering it's too common in HI? Does it have to be an exact name match for me to have a case?

I received photos from someone in an online chat room who offered to sell them. The photos were of her 'butt' area with undergarments on, and I now worry she might be under 18. I deleted the photos and am over 18, but not by much. She's in Nevada, and I'm in South Dakota. What should I do?

Do I need a lawyer for small claims court? I sent half the money for a puppy to a breeder in December, but the dog did not get pregnant as promised. The breeder refused a refund and is not responding to my calls or texts. The breeder mentioned a contract stating no refunds, but we never signed any contract. What are your thoughts?
