Since the discovery for both parties has already been signed and under oath, can they try to change the answers to those questions? If a defendant did not look at the discovery provided and lied in her answers, is there any chance the courts will allow either party to change answers to the already sworn in discovery? If the defendant changes attorneys, does that change her answers?
