Ten years ago, I was arrested for possession and paraphernalia but was homeless at the time. I was released on my own recognizance due to no priors. I went to court, and my name was not on the document. They told me the DA was reviewing my case, either to drop it or continue. I informed them I was homeless and did not have an address. My brother, living in another state, flew me to get off the streets. I now have a good job and want to know how I can get that cleared up.
