The Huckleberry Rescue took my puppy on 2/14/24 and won't give her back. I was advised to write them a letter demanding her return. I emailed them to have her back by 3:00 today. I need a lawyer to help with this situation, especially since I previously gave them 6 puppies due to an incident where my son shot one of the puppies for killing his duck.

I want to file proof of publication form FL985 for a missing spouse divorce case. I already published the required publication at Pasadena Weekly. I was chased by a state trooper, identified as McVeigh, in Fairview, IL, who knowingly and falsely led me into a terror-filled pursuit, causing emotional trauma. The trooper gave me a ticket for going over 200mph, despite my cruise control being set at 76mph. My car was confiscated, and I was driving on a suspended license without knowing it. As a result, I missed my flight, had to stay in a hotel, and my family had to come to get me. I want to sue the officer's surety bond and prevent him from working during the investigation. I believe he and his department engage in this behavior regularly, as indicated by a tow truck driver. What legal steps can I take, and do I have a case for emotional damages?
