The loft next to us is running a nail and hair salon and the fumes are entering our loft. Is this legal? We are located in Dallas, TX, and have already complained to management multiple times. Our lease includes terms about not infringing on anyone else's comfort or health.

I have a default judgment from a collection agency in Texas. I wasn't served at all; the person they supposedly served was not me. The papers I obtained from the JP court had a description of the person they served, and none of it fits me. What are my options and can I sue the agency for obtaining a judgment using false information?

How can we prove that the person knows their accusation is false when it's a he said/she said situation, but there are two eyewitnesses who do not corroborate the story? Our son is being falsely accused of forcing a girl to take off her clothes and holding her against her will for 20 minutes while French kissing her. The girl claims she fled the room hysterically crying, but eyewitnesses say she exited the room calmly and stayed the night at our house. The accuser has not filed a report with the police but has told nearly the entire school and town. We need to know how to clear our family's name and make sure they understand they can't lie and spread false information when there are no charges or evidence.
