I need to petition the court to contest the probate of a holographic will that has been tampered with and altered by the removal of a revoking statement written by the testator. I want to include in the petition the request for the court to temporarily release the document in question to a certified forensic document examiner for testing. I am having trouble finding representation on a contingent basis until I have proof that the document has been altered. How can I proceed with this petition in Travis County, Austin, Texas?

Can a woman who wrote a check for $20 but was processed by the bank for $200, and who waited over a year to bring it to my attention, take me to small claims court and win? I offered to pay her back by the end of the year, but she is demanding a payment plan with a late fee.
