To what extent is OWCP entitled to interfere with an already successful treatment plan prescribed by an approved physician, to whom I have been going for more than ten years? Specifically, they have recently refused to continue paying for a pain medication that has been effective for over four years, citing unrelated medical notes about my lung cancer follow-up. What can my doctor do to address this situation?

I purchased a vehicle from a licensed dealership in Thornton, Colorado, that I was not informed had been in an accident. The dealership sold the car 'AS IS' and falsely claimed it had no accidents or defects. I asked about any accidents or defects and was told no, and was promised a Carfax report that was never provided. The car has required multiple repairs since purchase, and I have a recorded conversation indicating that the insurance payout for the accident was never completed, meaning the repairs were not done. Do I have any legal rights to get my money back or reduce the amount owed to the original agreed-upon amount?

I believe my phone and other devices have been hacked, and the hackers have been surveilling me and turning up at places I visit. They claim to be private investigators and have accessed the maintenance section behind my hotel room to surveil me. Is this legal, and what steps can I take to address this situation?

My street preacher friend is being told by the cops that he can't use his megaphone in the public square. The cop mentioned an ordinance, Section 29-19 (E) (2), but the Cape Coral Municipal Code only goes up to 28 chapters. What is the actual ordinance regarding the use of megaphones in public speaking in Cape Coral, and how can my friend protect his rights while complying with the law?
