Under FL Civil Law, when a pro se plaintiff is issuing a subpoena in pursuit of discovery to a defendant's attorney for communications that attorney had with third parties, is that subpoena required to be delivered by a process server, or is less formal delivery between a pro se plaintiff and defendant's counsel applicable, and is a copy of same to be sent to any co-counsel that the defendant has too?

I have a sensitivity to butterfat and noticed that Trader Joe's 'Almondina: The Original Almond Biscuits' lists 3.9g of fat but does not specify the types of fat included. My body reacts to these biscuits, suggesting they contain butterfat. I would like to know if there is a way to request that the packaging of Almondinas and other products indicate the types of fat among the ingredients.

I don't have a copy of a webpage where a company offered all furniture for $999, but they removed it from their website. If I'm not interested in buying the product anymore, is there something that can be done to stop them from misleading people and raising their hopes, only to take it away once the consumer is interested?

Had a new home built over a year ago and from the beginning have complained about the location of an AC Unit, the company agreed to move it but never followed through. Paid an additional $1500 for the room to be plumbed for a bathroom and had a window put in the room as well, and they put the AC unit right in the middle of the room, making my plans of finishing the room a joke. I have plans/blueprints from the builder that show where it should have been placed and continue to get the run around. Do I have any legal action to take against either the home builder or the AC Company? Do you think any lawyer would be interested in a case like this?

I have a dispute with a credit card company due to an attorney I retained not fulfilling their contractual obligation to file a malpractice suit against another attorney. The retainer was paid by credit card, and the credit card company has indicated they cannot help as the charge was already paid. Should I cancel the credit card? Can I arbitrate the credit card company? What are the consequences if I do not pay the credit card company?
