I recently went through a divorce and am in the military. My wife moved out of state with our son after he was born, and I have been deployed since then. I am now stationed in Virginia, and the divorce papers state that we each get one holiday out of two (Thanksgiving and Christmas). My ex-wife is refusing to let me see our son, claiming he doesn't know me. I am due to leave for Iraq in April and start training in January. What can I do to secure my visitation rights before I deploy?

In Nutley, New Jersey, the Board of Education (BOE) holds private conference meetings for extended periods and sometimes prevents the public from attending. While BOE can meet privately to discuss personnel, litigation, and legal strategies, there are concerns that other public matters are also being discussed. Does the BOE have to provide an agenda of these private meetings to the public? What rights does the public have in attending these conference meetings?
