The owner was located after 11 days and wants the dog back. In Iowa, if a dog is brought to a shelter after 7 days, it can be up for adoption. My web host's new business owner failed to ensure my websites were operational, resulting in significant sales loss. The owner claims he was unaware of the need for domain verification via email, which I also did not receive.
