The bank reported possible exploitation to Adult Protective Services (APS), who questioned my client and are now investigating. If my client is of sound mind and has willingly given these gifts and financial assistance, is there a need to charge me with exploitation? Can APS disregard his clear mental state and proceed with an investigation? What is the process of this investigation, and when will I be notified if there is one? As a professional caregiver, was it wrong for me to accept these gifts and financial assistance?

My vehicle was towed in Seattle based on the officer's suspicion that my car was stolen. The officer never received my confirmation that my vehicle was stolen. The Seattle Police left a voicemail asking if my vehicle had been stolen, but by the time I got to my voicemails, my car was towed. Do I have a case to sue the police officer for police harassment and the towing expense?
