We signed an agreement with a roofer at the end of March. Our insurance wrote us a check for more than 2/3 of the work on the spot. The roofers only did part of the work and now they aren't returning phone calls. The insurance said I was free to take the remaining portion of the claim payment to hire someone new. How can I legally fire these roofers? We have also referred several people in hope of earning the companies referral bonus so they will need to get out of their agreements as well.

I made a mistake by participating in a modeling shoot that turned out to be a boy-girl scene. I signed papers stating the content would only be released on a DVD in Australia, but it's now on websites like 'girlsdoporn.com' and 'tube' sites, exposing me to my family, friends, and boyfriend. I didn't give permission for it to be released on the internet. How can I get this content removed to protect my future career?

My new rental agreement includes a photo release addendum which grants permission to take photos of me 'on and around the community' for their use. Nowhere in the agreement is there any exclusion of photography inside the unit. Does this need to be called out or not because it would violate local and state laws (in Illinois)?

My father owned his mobile home but rented the lot from Pennwood Crossing. They evicted the occupants for nonpayment last month. I am the executrix of the estate and have provided them with the death certificate and short certificate. They claim my paperwork is invalid as a year has passed since my father's death and refuse to talk to me. Do I have any rights to information on the property or able to sell it? The property is currently locked. Can they just take possession of the home and personal property inside? Is it best to just abandon it at this point?

I am in San Francisco heading home to Atlanta tomorrow morning. I have misplaced my driver's license but have a TSA Global Entry card with my picture on it. Can this be used in place of the driver's license?

Florida condo law allows owners to record meetings. It also says the 'division' may adopt reasonable rules governing the recording and videotaping of the meeting. It does not say association boards are allowed to adopt rules. Has the division come out with rules governing recording meetings? I have heard condo association boards have adopted rules governing recording meetings. Am I missing something?
