We were hired to clean a vacant house, completed the work, but the customer refused to pay, claiming nothing was cleaned. I own a home with a utility company easement in my backyard that has been in place for over 40 years. It's affecting the value of my property as I try to sell it. The utility company says it's environmentally impossible to remove the easement. Can I fight this and possibly get it removed?

My husband and I finalized our divorce last Tuesday. We have a 3-year-old son with joint custody. I travel weekly for work, having custody from Friday to Monday, while my ex has him during the weekdays. My ex was unemployed during our marriage and found a job in Orlando paying $40k, while I have a C-level position in Youngstown, Ohio, paying $200k. My company wants me to move to Youngstown for a CEO position paying $350k. Would the courts allow me to bring my son if I take this position?
