Does Res Judicata apply in this case where a tenant sued a landlord in small claims court for return of security deposit, reimbursement for A/C unit repair, and overage on water utility bill due to an underground pool leak, and tried to bring in subsequent claims related to additional water and electrical bills caused by the landlord's failure to properly repair an underground water leak and replace a faulty pool pump during the appeal hearing, but the judge threw out these items stating they were not on the original complaint?

I recently got married last year when same-sex marriage was granted. My spouse abandoned me, and I had to pay her half of our assets. The marriage is 1.5 years old. She has committed adultery multiple times and even moved into the place I live when I moved here. She shares the bedroom with my ex-boyfriend, and I have rented out the living room. She has allowed her lovers to emotionally abuse me and called 911 in the Bronx, falsely claiming I overdosed on my prescriptions, leading to a traumatic experience with the police and a three-day hospital stay where I had to drink charcoal. What legal actions can I take against her for these issues?

I borrowed money for my education between 1988 and 1993 and initiated a school loan consolidation in 1997. Three entities—DLS Direct Loan Service, Sallie Mae, and Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency—were involved, and their improper servicing led to my financial credit destruction. A partial consolidation occurred, while the remaining loan component was erroneously defaulted. Uncontestable documentation shows the consolidation was properly validated and fully paid, but a default claim was erroneously submitted. Despite administrative directives to avert the default, only partial consolidation took place, and the default was not entirely averted. I am now being sued 15 years later for two loan components submitted for collection by the US Department of Education. Would you concur with my legal perspective, and does it appear to be supported in its entirety by your understanding of the applicable law?
