I have a 7-Eleven and I am trying to get a loan. The company I have been talking with is asking me if I paid my taxes. I didn't, but I am on a payment plan with the IRS. As a Physician's Assistant, I order labs, x-rays, and other tests on patients. My supervising physician has removed my name from these orders to hide the fact that he missed diagnoses on multiple patients. Is he allowed to remove my name from the charts of patients that I diagnosed when he couldn't?

I hired someone to do a bathroom remodel. It’s been 2 months of no shows and broken promises. I have managed to get my money back but he has left misc tools and a brand new shower and door in my garage. I have asked him numerous times to get it picked up.
