Somebody else is able to open my house door locks. I changed the locks many times, but someone keeps coming into my house when I am not home. The police suggested setting up CCTV outside the doors, but the CCTV doesn't capture any footage after someone visits. The police station hasn't helped, and I suspect involvement from the Korean and American national defense. How can I prevent unauthorized entries and identify who is behind these issues?

I am a 25% owner, and there is a 10-year lease with 6 years remaining, which the landlord does not want to transfer to the new buyers. My wife informed her about the check's status, and she said she would resolve it. Is this considered trying to collect a debt in bankruptcy?
