I'm having issues with my next-door neighbors regarding overgrown trees that are protruding onto their property. The City has already been involved, labeling it a civil matter. I hired a tree trimmer, but the neighbors refused to let him complete the work. I'm concerned about the City getting involved again and about trespassing onto the neighbors' property. What can I do since the neighbor is unreasonable and the City created a problem?

If someone intentionally fails a PFA in the Navy and their command is aware, what type of discharge could they receive? Would it be an Other Than Honorable (OTH) discharge, or could it be considered a Bad Conduct Discharge (BCD)?

I am in New Jersey and have a charge-off question. The car is in the bank's system as a charge-off but not on my husband's credit yet. The car is still in our possession, and we had hardships this year causing late payments. Now we are trying to keep the car. We tried to pay $1,500 as instructed, but they said they couldn't take it because it was charged off. What should we do to keep the car, and what type of offer should we make?

We have lived in Tapestry - Woodland Hills, Tulsa, OK for over two years. The attraction for us - and most of the other 100 residents - to Tapestry was no mandatory meal expenses. Meals have been left up to each tenant to eat out or cook in. Each apartment has a full kitchen. On November 16, 2017, we were told that Tapestry has been sold; the new owners 'Cedarhurst Senior Living' plan to spend $$$ to put in a central Dining Room, Big Kitchen and Staff, and raise our monthly rent by $1400 per month to pay for meals that none of us want. Do we have recourse?
