When a person is doing a do-it-yourself divorce and there is a federal pension as an asset, specifically a Federal TSP account, how should the division of this asset be calculated? Should it be based on the husband's contributions only, or should it include the employer's matching contributions? Additionally, what happens if the prepared forms do not include a QDRO form and the husband files the petition without it, especially if the wife does not object to the stated settlement?
