My wife and I have planned a wedding anniversary trip to San Francisco, leaving August 7, 2013 from Oklahoma City. We discovered that her state driver's license had expired. She found her passport, but it too had expired. What can we do to make the flight, if anything?

In a divorce decree, my spouse was required to refinance the house and hold me harmless, but she claims she is unable to refinance. The judge in contempt proceedings has stated she cannot solve the issue, and I will remain obligated under the first and second mortgage for the next 20 years, which has already damaged my credit. Is there any solution that doesn't keep me tied to this obligation for virtually the rest of my life?

I am taking the drug FORTEO, which is administered using a 28-day prefilled pen delivery device. The device must be kept refrigerated and cannot go through TSA x-ray machines. I will be traveling through Seattle-Tacoma, WA and Minneapolis, MN airports in September. What documentation and specific instructions do I need to carry with me for the handling of both the pen delivery device and the pen needles, both unused and used?

I'm about to send an email and feel it might be necessary to inform the recipient that others know about everything. There is over $100k owed, and his livelihood as a JAG Lawyer is at risk. If he loses the money and the investigation doesn't go well, he could be dishonorably discharged and disbarred from practicing law. He has also shown a lack of morals and is willing to go to any lengths to get what he wants. How can I subtly let him know that if anything were to happen to me, he would be the number one suspect?

I have a legal issue against the Village of Castile utilities. My 900' driveway has neighbors' trees pressing down on utility electric lines. The village claims the lines were never approved and are not their responsibility to clear. How could lines be brought to a house without village approval, and what is my recourse as a 100% disabled Vietnam vet on a fixed income?
