What is the absolute law on placement of CO monitors in a single-family dwelling? I know they must be within 15 feet of the entrance of a bedroom, but does the statute say they must be anywhere else, such as in the basement, garage, etc., or only there if you want them?

I was seeing a psychiatrist for severe depression and anxiety, who prescribed me Klonopin and Lexapro and agreed to keep me on disability. However, three weeks into my disability, he stopped supporting my claim, refused to provide my clinical notes, and was unprofessional. My new psychiatrist and two other doctors have confirmed that he must provide my records, but he refuses. This situation has worsened my anxiety and may affect my upcoming surgery. I paid him for his services, including filing my disability claim, but he did not comply with Aetna's requirements, leading to potential job loss. What legal actions can I take to prevent him from doing this to others and to address the harm he has caused me?

I have an Equity Reserve Agreement (2nd mortgage LOC) with National City, now taken over by PNC. I have a Fixed Rate Lock (FRL) clause in my contract, which I have used to reduce my interest rates in the past. However, PNC claims my contract was 'blocked' in 2008 due to a decrease in the property's market value, preventing further FRL adjustments. What should be my course of action?

I live in Madison FL and recently moved to a small town within the county, Lee. I have provided the school board with a utility bill, receipts from our landlord, and a signed letter from our landlord stating our new address, which is within the school zone. Despite fulfilling the requirements, the school is denying my child access to Lee Elementary due to community hearsay. What can I do?

My son is in the military (stationed in Hawaii). His wife (in Virginia) says she has filed divorce papers she sent to him and he signed (no fault). In the meantime, she is receiving a monthly allotment which the army, not a judge, required he send to her. She has now told him she has gotten a car and apartment in his name. What are his rights?
