My husband and I have been married for 5 years, with the last 4 years living together. He constantly looks for faults and makes small issues big, leading to long periods of silence and anger. A friend went to housing court and the judgment said eviction but also deposition dismissed without prejudice. She owed over $3,000 to the housing authority. Does this mean she has to leave or was the case thrown out? There was no judgment for a payment arrangement.
