Why does the court form for serving a motion state that the motion was served 12 days before the hearing, yet the opposition must file an opposition motion at least 7 days before the hearing, while the rules for oppositions and replies state that the opposition has to file 2 days before the motion is to be heard and I have to file a reply at least 1 day before the motion is to be heard?
