I bought a car for my ex-girlfriend while we were together over a year ago. I can no longer pay for it and have been trying to get it back legally. She claims I gave it to her as a gift and she has the right to keep it or be compensated if I take it back. What are my legal options in California, and can she take me to court if I take the car back?

My ex-boyfriend took screenshots of my private text/photo conversation without my permission, kept them for 1.5 years, and recently sent them to someone else in California to harass me. He lives in Texas. Is this a violation of privacy laws, and what legal actions can I take?

We bought a 2006 Alpha motorhome in February 2016. We just discovered that the exterior paint is popping off everywhere. We talked to the place that sold it to us, and they said 'oh that happens didn't anyone tell you?' Well, no one told us. If so, we wouldn't have bought it with our life savings. We wondered what if anything can we do. We thought that they would give us a fair price to trade it in, but they are not. What are our options for pursuing a case, and how can we prepare for it?
