I need a lawyer for a seller broker dispute. I am in Minnesota and have a signed contract with a realtor who listed a commission rate of 2.7%, but we discussed a rate of 4.9%. The realtor did not respond to my email pointing out the discrepancy and now wants me to initial a change. What are my options?

Is there any way a judge will suspend driving limitations on a sentence since I am moving to another city? I am in the state of Ohio, county of Licking. I had a DUI in June, completed the three-day impaired motorist course, and am a retired U.S. Navy veteran, seventy-four years old. I previously had my driving privileges extended to Dayton, which were granted, but now I am moving to Toledo in December. Is there a chance that all restrictions on driving be lifted for the remainder of my probation next June?

My car was involved in a minor hit and run, but there is no damage to my car. The other person is claiming damages to their car, which would not be possible without causing damage to my car. What happens in this situation, and what steps should I take?

I purchased a vehicle from a licensed dealership in Thornton, Colorado, that I was not informed had been in an accident. The dealership sold the car 'AS IS' and falsely claimed it had no accidents or defects. I asked about any accidents or defects and was told no, and was promised a Carfax report that was never provided. The car has required multiple repairs since purchase, and I have a recorded conversation indicating that the insurance payout for the accident was never completed, meaning the repairs were not done. Do I have any legal rights to get my money back or reduce the amount owed to the original agreed-upon amount?
