My son broke his leg playing soccer in a town rec league. Can I recoup any of the hospital or surgery costs from the town?

We are in a contract for deed where the monthly payment was agreed to be $500 with $170 for interest and $330 for principal. The total interest paid over 5 years is $10,200. Now, the seller claims there was a mistake with the 4% interest rate, but we all agreed on the interest amount. We signed the contract in front of a notary. Does the seller have any legal grounds to demand more money now, especially since it has been 5 years and this is the first time this issue has come up?

In NYS, is it legal for car insurance to add a person to an auto policy without the policy holder's permission, especially when the person added was involved in an accident while driving the policy holder's vehicle, does not have access to the vehicle, is not related, does not live in the same house or town, and does not have keys to the vehicle? The insurance was explicitly told not to add anyone to the policy multiple times, and the person added does not have a NY license but a valid PA license. The insurance company insists that the only way to remove the person is to prove they have valid PA car insurance, even though they do not own a vehicle and do not need insurance.

What are the Balance Billing Laws pertaining to Nevada? My insurance paid only a partial bill to the hospital. The hospital is balance billing me for an emergency visit to the E/R at an out-of-network hospital with my insurance carrier. I am determined to fight this in court in April 2013.

I don't understand how an accountant denying me access to my own financial data isn't illegal, especially since my husband and I own a logging and trucking business together. My husband has been talking to our accountant, our bank, and anyone else who will listen. Additionally, my husband and I no longer live together, and he is slandering me and creating untruths. He is also denying me access to our financial data and will not talk to me unless my husband tells him it's okay. If he can claim that my husband is the client and not both of us, why is that? He files our taxes together, and I currently have a copy of our 2012 taxes where my name is on it. Our company took in over $3,000,000 last year, but I don't have a right to handle anything. Before we were married, the company was only in his name. The stock didn't change into both of our names until years after we were married. Since it changed while we were married, is the company now a marital asset?

I am looking for a lawyer to sue Blizzard Entertainment for unfairly banning two of my accounts without violating their Terms of Use. They have not provided specific reasons for the bans and have not refunded my subscription payments.
