We are in a civil case and interrogatories were exchanged. We provided our answers within the allotted 30 days, but we have not received answers to ours and it has been over 70 days now. Is there cause for us to file a motion to dismiss based on their lack of cooperation?

I am in MN and am dealing with a DA case. There is currently a DANCO in place, and we are unsure of how to get this order lifted. Police were never intended to get involved, alleged victim does not want any charges and was vocal at the time about this. Court is tomorrow, I (defendant) was told a DA advocate would reach out to victim about impact statement & such. Victim has told me no one has reached out. Will I be arrested if he shows up to court tomorrow? Is there anyone he can quickly contact to voice that he does not want the restraining order?

I received a notice from U.S. Customs stating I owe an additional $150K in tariffs for 7 import entries, which I do not agree with. I have tried contacting Customs for an explanation but have not received a satisfactory response. Why are my rates for anti-dumping duties so much higher than other importers who bought from the same manufacturer, and what steps can I take to dispute this?

I don't want to visit the country from which I received asylum. Should I obtain a Refugee Travel Document? If yes, how long will it take to receive it? What should I show at the airport of the country I want to visit, my passport or the travel document? Can this visit affect my eligibility to apply for a green card after one year? What is the difference between a refugee travel document and advance parole, and which one should I apply for?

I'm Czech, but I have my interview for U.S. citizenship on June 20th, 2011. How long does it usually take until the Oath ceremony if I get approved? I am also getting married on August 13, 2011 in the Czech Republic. Can I bring my husband to the U.S. and apply for his green card here in this case? Does it make any difference if I marry him as a Czech or an American?

My mother and brother are stalking me on Facebook, hacking my settings, and have access to my personal information. I am in Michigan, and I have tried to get restraining orders against them but was unsuccessful due to their connections with local authorities. I have reported them for hacking my email, Facebook, and controlling my computer, and found evidence of hacking on my system. What steps can I take to protect myself and pursue legal action against them?

Hello, I live in Covington, KY and received a call from a police officer asking me to come to the Independence Police Station on Monday between 4-5 PM to answer questions about a credit card.
